He was predeceased by: his parents, James Dugan and Thelma Dugan; his brother Jim Dugan; and his brother-in-law David Richey. He is survived by: his wife Beatrice; his children, Paula (Robert) and Benjamin; his grandchild Rhiannon; and his siblings-in-law, Lois Dugan, Ruth-Anne Venable (Jay), Brenda Hagar (Fred) and Ronnie Richey. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
