He is survived by: his wife Jackie Cooper; and his children, Timi Sue Decker (David) of Tryon, OK, Hope Gritts (Jody) of Tahlequah, Carmen Kester (Tim) of Rio Rancho, NM, Joey Cooper (Shanda) of Overland Park, KS, Mitchell Cooper (Tamissa) of Checotah and Erica Cooper (Cole Hanson) of Checotah. He is also survived by 1 brothers and 2 sisters; 20 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
