He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Wilburn Sparks and Verna Loudean Sparks (Spradlin); his grandparents, Ora, Robert Sparks, Wilma and Walter Spradlin; his wife Risa Sparks; his children, Kale Sparks, Kaden Sparks of Tahlequah, Kourtney Sparks of Tahlequah, Kimberly Sparks of Tahlequah, Kayley Eubanks of Tahlequah and Kiley Sparks of Tahlequah; his brothers, Bert Osburn (Cassie) of Tahlequah and William Blaine of Tahlequah; and his grandchildren, Izabella Jones, Tristen Crossno, Lily, Layla, Sophie Eubanks, Kyran Kelly, Liam, Alivia Sparks, Kage Kelly and Piper Crossno. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
