He is survived by: his siblings, Kathy Ann Johnson of Tahlequah, Raymond Stevens (Stephanie) of Springfield, MO and Gayle Mayberry of Willow Springs, MO; his niece Rachel Frie (Johnson) of Tahlequah; and his nephew Aaron Johnson of Tahlequah.
