He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnson Wacoche and Katie Wacoche (Towie); his brother Isaac; his brothers-in-law, Douglas Twoshields and Glen Thompson; his grandchildren, Kimberly Sands, Trifton Wacoche and Lisa Morgan; and his great grandchildren, Isaiah Allen Wells-Ott and Jathen Blossom.

He is survived by: his sisters, Nancy and Susanna; his wife Margie; his children, Johnson Wacoche (Mandy) of Tahlequah, Billy Wayne Wacoche of Tahlequah, Robert Leon Wacoche (Donna) of Tahlequah, Tracy Wacoche (Jacqueline) of Pryor, Stacy Wacoche (Louise Sanders) of Tahlequah, Kipp Sands of Tahlequah and Merry Smith (Eric) of Tahlequah; his siblings, Benjamin Wacoche (Clarissa) of Tahlequah, Allen "Bun" Wacoche of Tahlequah, Alex "Chuck" Wacoche (Juanita) of Tahlequah, Bonnie Faye Twoshields of Tahlequah, Mona Lisa Thompson (Edwin) of Tahlequah, Helen Wilder (Sidney) of Tahlequah and Jonie Wacoche of Tahlequah; and his grandsons, Brett Sands, Nathan Sands, Derick Smith, Christian Wacoche, Coleman Wacoche and Trejen Wacoche.
