She is survived by: her brother Kenny; her husband Julian Hornet Jr.; her sons, Randy Hornet and Carl Hornet (Janis) of Tahlequah, OK; her siblings, Elvis (Debbie) of Tahlequah, Minnie Dew of Tahlequah, OK, Kathy Vanbuskirk (Perry) of Moodys, OK and Jackie Clayton (Robert) of Tahlequah, OK; her uncle Bob Dry (Billie Ann) of Kenwood, OK; and her aunt Betty Sixkiller of Leach, OK.
