He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Foster and Jewel Etta Foster (Fidler); his grandson Walter Dustin Foster; and his sister Angie Tye Cooper (Foster). He is survived by: his wife Connie Foster; his children, Darrel Foster of Parkhill, Dean Foster (Vickie) of Rogers, AR, Karla Meeks (John) of Gore and Chris Foster (Chelsea) of Parkhill; his stepsons, Greg Wilson (Yvette) of Albuquerque and Scott Sheets of Tahlequah; and his sisters, Shirley Stinett of Tahlequah, Debbie Speck of Wagoner, Gloria Wilson of Parkhill and Barbara Foster of Tahlequah. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren 17 great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
