He is survived by: his close friend Karen Wilhelm (Penny); his grandchildren, Ryan Johnson and Charlotte Wilhelm; his son Erik Wilhelm (Stephanie) of Bedford, TX; and his sister Miriam Fricke (Linford) of California.
