She is survived by: her spouse Othel Johnson; her close friend Jimmie Theron "Butch" Weaver; her daughter Lois Cook (Lester) of Tahlequah, OK.; her grandchildren, Jonathan Dillard, Billy Johnson, Jennifer Cook, Kimberly Cook and Angela Cook; and her great grandchildren, Conner Lingo, Jacob Johnson, Samantha Whitmire, Jasmine Releford, Damien Releford, Jordan Releford and Dayzha Releford.
