He was predeceased by: his parents, Vance Horsechief and Faye Ola Duncan; and his sister Lucinda Elaine Horsechief. He is survived by: his wife Lela Horsechief; his children, Brandee Horsechief of Miami, OK, Jeffery Horsechief of Miami, OK and Sabrina O'Banion of Miami, OK; and his siblings, Gene Phipps and Darrell Horsechief of Tahlequah, OK. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, friends, relatives.
