He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Tom and Lugie Bearpaw Fixin; his parent Birdie Fixin Campbell (Fixin); his brother Billy Campbell; his stepbrothers, Waite, Wesley and Archie Campbell; and his aunt Elaine Fixin.

He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Campbell of Welling, OK, Patricia Cameron of Welling, OK, Emma, Adam Thirsty of Rocky Mountain, OK, John Campbell, Darrel Campbell of Welling, OK, Fred and Glenda Cameron of Cookson, OK; his stepsiblings, Ollie, Jerry Thornton of Wichita, KS, Letha Marris of Ardmore, OK and Charles Campbell of Welling, OK; his close friend Randy Robertson (Vicki); his cousins, Dwayne, Darlene and Kenny of St. Louis, MO; and also Jesse Fixin of Hulbert, OK. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
