It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sunne Marjean Dowling (Tahlequah, Oklahoma), who passed away on October 24, 2021, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Harvey Forrest and Mary Lillian Chase II (Hicks); her siblings, Harvey "Frosty" Chase III and Dawna Sue Chase-Hawkins; her grandmother Marjie; her husband Billy Lynn Dowling; her son Joshua Carson Looney (Michelle Hobbs) of Tahlequah, OK.; her grandchildren, Tugg and Baker; her grandfathers, Harvey Forrest Chase Sr. (Jean Mallow Chase) and George Earl Hicks Sr. (Grace Marie Witt); her son Jason Kendall Looney; and her grandchildren, Lynlee Nicole Looney, Carson Tugg Looney, Joshua Baker Looney, Maggie Rae Dickerson of Tahlequah, OK., Anna Christine Dickerson of Tahlequah, OK. and Tripp Dickerson of Tahlequah, OK.. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins and more friends.
