He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Howe and Lila Howe (Downing); his son Zane Howe; and his nephew Steve Howe. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Cheyan Howe (Keanna) of Hulbert, OK and Taylor Howe of Muskogee, OK; and his siblings, Juanita Burch of Ohio, Joanne Smith of Hulbert, OK, Ed Howe (Florence) of Porter, OK and Paul Howe (Connie) of Hulbert, OK.
