He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Foster and Juanita Mary Rotramel (Shrum); and his siblings, Butch Rotramel Jr., Georgia Lee Walker and Beverly Hampton.
He is survived by: his children, Mary "Nita" Kirk (Kathy Rotramel), Robert Rotramel of Oilton, OK and Kathy Rotramel of Bixby, OK.; his sister Connie Harl (Doug) of Verdigris, OK; his grandchildren, Heather Kirk of Sperry, OK, Dakota Kirk of Park Hill, OK, Cyawa Kirk of Park Hill, OK, Destiny Clark (Chris) of Tahlequah and Braden McManus of Bixby, OK.; his great grandchildren, Nathan Kirk, Aaron Lee Kirk, Ashlin Kirk and Leslie Clark; and his close friend Carol Rotramel.
