He is survived by: his children, Shawna Renee Calico of Stilwell, OK and Jeffrey "Chig" Ketcher of Stilwell, OK; his grandchildren, Taryn King (J. C.), Hailey Cochran, Chelsea Bunch, Henlie Ketcher, Haven Ketcher and Beau Hamlin; his great grandchild Brantlee King; and his sister Mary Jo Goodall of Waco, TX.. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many, many friends.
