It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rhonda Faye Carpenter (Tahlequah, Oklahoma), born in Lawton, Oklahoma, who passed away on September 28, 2021, at the age of 58, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Lattie and Bessie Burgess; her parents, Vancil Smith and Rachel Smith; her foster mother Norma Harper; her brother Allen Smith; and her grandson Bentley Jacobs.

She is survived by: her foster son Matt Jacobs of Park Hill, OK.; her children, David DiNoia and Chris DiNoia (Tymber) of Park Hill; her foster father Ray Harper of Park Hill, OK.; her brother Charlie Carpenter of Lawton, OK; her sister-in-law Donna Krummel of Tahlequah, OK; her foster sister Regina Barnard of Okmulgee, OK.; and her grandchildren, Justice Dry, John Garner, Jasmine Dry, Jackie DiNoia, Harlee Killian, Ryleigh DiNoia, Maveric Jacobs, Dacota Jacobs and Bailey Jacobs.

Rhonda fell sick from Covid-19 in late August, and fought for a month to heal, and passed from this life on September 28th, 2021 in Tahlequah, OK at the age of 58 years.
