J."); his fathers-in-law, Charles Hiers Sr. of Hollywood, FL and Harold Foreman of Tahlequah, OK.; his siblings, Darla Shields (Mark), Syvilla Peugh, Samuel Peugh, Timothy Peugh, Sharon Peugh, Louie Peugh, William Peugh and Ella Haupt; his brother-in-law Charles Hiers Jr. (Mary Ella); his brother James Soap; and his adoptive mother Barbara Weavel.
