He is survived by: his significant other Elaine True; his child Brandi Lain Osburn of Tahlequah; his siblings, Jackie Maupin (Joe) of Kansas, Brian Osburn of Tahlequah and Ronald Osburn (Nancy) of Tahlequah; his stepmother Wanda Osburn of Tahlequah; his brothers, Rocky Carroll and Allen Roberts; and also, Diesel Bit and Little Bit.
