With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rachel Dawn Maxwell (Tahlequah, Oklahoma), born in Claremore, Oklahoma, who passed away on November 6, 2019 at the age of 40. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parent Gann Conley; and her granddaughter Ka'Leigh Mabery. She is survived by: her children, Keisha Gann of Tahlequah, Kiara Mabery of Tahlequah and Raheem Mabery; her mother Judy Patrick-Conley of Tahlequah; and her siblings, Michael Boydston of Tahlequah, James Boydston (Sherry) of Coweta, OK, Jason Gann (Makisha) of Salina, OK, Rhonda Stoneburner (Joe) of Tahlequah, OK and Michelle Boydston. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends.
