We are sad to announce that on November 21, 2020, at the age of 83, Phyllis Naomi Clinton (Tahlequah, Oklahoma), born in Cool, California passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Clyde Luper and Irene Luper (Beam); her son Larry; her husband George; her brothers, Pete and Dale; her great grandchild Blake; her children, Gary Clinton (Lou) of Louisa, VA, Denise Carter (Eric) of Dewar, OK and Lori Clinton (Donald Crawford) of Tahlequah; her grandchildren, Bonnie, Eddie, Misty, Stephanie, Amber, Teri, Russell Jr., Schaelyn, Samantha, Jake, Chase, Ashley, Bri, Allan and Joseph; and her close friend Geraldine Jackson. She was also cherished by 24 Great grandchildren, and 4 Great Great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins.
