She is survived by: her husband Larry Foreman; and her sons, Mark Foreman (Karen) of Tulsa, John Foreman of Tahlequah and Matthew Foreman (Calene) of Sapulpa. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren, Several nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives.
