She was predeceased by: her parents, John Earl and Lusta N. Wakefield; her siblings, Paul and Ginger (Holland "Bud" Dale); her daughter Vicki Cazzelle; and her grandsons, Adam and Houston Factor.
She is survived by: her children, Nancy Henley, Gayle Factor (Greg) of Tahlequah, OK and Dale Curtis (Laura) of Texas; and her grandchildren, Mechelle Clark (Shane), Clint Henley, Beverly, Opie Maines (Jessica), Chrissy Gruber (Steve), Ryan Dick (Robyn), Jimmie Dick (Mandy), Heather Factor, Trey Curtis, Jessie Henley and Ashley Anderson (Garrett). She is also survived by 22 Grandchildren, 13 Great Great Grandchildren.
