He was predeceased by: his parents, Belvard Arnette and Maxine Arnette (Crowder); his daughter Judy Steeley; and his siblings, Slim, Johnny Arnette, Tiny Medlock, Merilee Moss and Betty Cantrell.

He is survived by: his children, DeLain Lowe (Randy) of Sallisaw, OK, Jennifer Steeley of Sallisaw, OK, Sonny Steeley (Novaline) of Briggs, OK and Amber Arnett of Tahlequah, OK.; his brother Paul Arnette (Jeanetta) of Dennison, OK.; and his grandchildren, Brandon Caughman, LaTisha Steeley, Randon Lowe, Jacob Byers, Ryan Lowe, Melissa Byers, Jennifer Steeley, Jymilyn Caughman, Erik Caughman, Sunni Steeley, Joee Fields and JoeDon Fields. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends.
