She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Brown and Dellar Brown (Bostian); and her husband Earl Eugene Nelson. She is survived by: her children-in-law, Steve Jeffery and Cathy Nelson; and her grandchildren, Lisha, Michael, Misty, Stephanie, Ashley and Cody. She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren as well as a many nieces, nephews, friends.
