She was predeceased by: her parents, Fate Latta and Phyllis Latta (Edwards); and her husband Chock Smith. She is survived by: her children, Donita Spencer (Doyal) of Tahlequah, Edward Smith of Skelly, Pam Hix (Mark) of Dry Creek and Ricky Smith of Dry Creek; and her brothers, Perry Anthony Latta (Shirley) of Rocky Mountain and Donald Ray Edwards (Millie) of Tahlequah. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
