He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Welch and Esther Welch (Smith); his wife Mary Sue Welch; and his brothers, Charlie and Key Welch.
He is survived by: his son Scott Sapulpa of Muskogee, OK.; his siblings, Spade Welch of Lost City, OK, Jimmy Welch of Lost City, OK, Anna Dale (Steven) of Hulbert, OK and Verlita Sugar (Chris) of Tahlequah, OK.; and his grandchildren, Cannon Sapulpa of Muskogee, Sydney Sapulpa of Muskogee and Scout Sapulpa of Ft. Gibson, OK.. He is also survived by his family and friends.
