She was predeceased by: her parents, William Matney and Cumi Matney; and her siblings, Noel Marcum and Nelda Bartee. She is survived by: her husband Ron Justice; her sons, David Justice (Julie) of Tahlequah and Michael Justice (Shannan) of Parkville, MO; and her grandchildren, Kennedy Justice, Brynlee Justice, Ethan Justice, Zoe Justice and Jace Justice. She is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives.
