She is survived by: her mother Ida Tindall (Foreman); her son Zayden Osage; and her siblings, Vernon Jacobs of Bartlesville, OK, Mike Jacobs of Bartlesville, Felicia Hummingbird, April Foreman, Vance Horsechief of Pawnee, OK, Jeffrey Foreman, Trudy Wolfe, Uvaldo Garcia, Traci Magana (Maynor) of Springdale, AR, Staci Tindall, Craig Stick of Oaks, OK, Lacee Whorton (Lee) of Rose, OK and Ashley Tindall of Siloam Springs, AR..

She became ill and passed from this life on September 21st, 2021 in Tulsa, OK, after contracting Covid.
