She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore "Ted" Livesay and Bernice Livesay (Smith); her husband Jim Hamilton; her brother Tedd Ray Livesay; her grandparents, Richard, Maggie Livesay, John and Deanna Smith; and her granddaughter Elaine Hamilton.
She is survived by: her children, Melissa Todd (Mike) of Tahlequah and Dr. Lance Hamilton (Darla) of Centerton; her brother Tim Livesay (Carla) of Tahlequah, Oklahoma.; and her grandchildren, Kelly Henderson, Ryne Frank, Jacob Todd, Josh Todd, Jayme Todd, Jillian Todd, Nicole Skinner and Jillian Ollie.
