He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Foster; his siblings, Janet Wiseman (Tom) of Muskogee and Eugene Carson (Cathy) of Ft Gibson; his daughters, Brenda Williams of Stillwater, Carol Ann Yocham (Tootie) of Tahlequah, Tonya Williams and Missy Yocham Coy of Bixby; and his grandchildren, David, Dallas, Holly and Maykayla. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren including his special "Sissy Girl"; along with several nieces, nephews, cousins, other family members and friends.
