He was predeceased by: his mother Glenna Ruckman (Mutt); his wife Eva Gail Smith (Sellers); and his siblings, BJ Smith and Megan Smith. He is survived by: his father Bobby Lee Smith; his close friend Eva Gail Sellers; his children, Derek, Blayne Smith (Veronica) of Richland, WA and Krysten Smith; his siblings, Randy Smith of Welling, OK, Chris Smith of Stilwell, OK, Angie Dandridge (Fred) of Stilwell, OK and Brenda Smith of Caney Ridge, OK.; and his grandchildren, Cash, Brooks, Hannah, Alex, Jeremias, Allison, Austin and Ryan.
