He was predeceased by : his parents, George Albert and Bonnie Jean Garrett (Tudor); his siblings, George Dee Garrett, Rodney Eugene Garrett, Terry Randall Garrett and Cassandra Jean Goodwin; and his close friend Larry Haddock.

He is survived by : his sons, Chris Garrett (Andrea) of Tahlequah and Brandon Garrett (Stacy) of Stillwater; his grandchildren, Aubrey and Elliot; and his close friends, Jerry and Pam Halfacre. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other friends and relatives.
