He is survived by: his wife Patricia Butler; his children, Carrie Thompson (Robin) of Prairie Grove, Christina Carlyle of Siloam Springs, Joann Mendez (Edwin) of Siloam Springs and Chase Butler (Bobbie) of Vian; his mother-in-law Geneva Poor (Lenard) of Stilwell; his sister Fay Key (Max) of Westville; his sister-in-law Charlene Butler of Stilwell; and his grandchildren, Zoey, Everleigh, Rory, Michael, Isabel, Jeremiah, Rebecca, Gabriel and Connor. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives.
