She was predeceased by: her parents, Quilla Maxwell and Ruth Edna Taylor (Jacob); her husband Billie Lowell Moore; her son Shawn Devin Moore; and her siblings, Loyal Taylor and Shirley Taylor.
She is survived by: her daughters, Tiffany Richardson (Jack) of Welling and Tonya Moreno of Welling; her siblings, Luther Taylor (Linda) of Welling, Leon Taylor (Cheryl) of Welling and Janice Rose of Drumright; her sister-in-law Patricia Taylor of Wisconsin; and her grandchildren, Thomas Moreno, Joseph Moreno, Denver Richardson and Liddie Farabee. She is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives.
