She is survived by: her son Joe Folsom; her grandsons, Jason Folsom, Matt Folsom, Bob Folsom, Tony Folsom, Danny Folsom and Ron Weis (Lisa); her sons, Jesse and Zack Weis; her granddaughter Dawn Vondy Tupper (Robert); her great grandchild Brianna Gren (Cody); her children, Rylee Brinley and Liam; and her siblings, Sharlon Smith and Charles Ashely.
