He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Lou; his son Mark; his son-in-law John Butler; his brother Raymond Dockwell; his siblings-in-law, Inez Dockwell, Bertha Dockwell and Andy Andershok; his nephews, Gary Lester and Lynn Lester; his niece Dixie Pavelka; his former wife Joan Shillington-Dockwell; and also, Velma Thompson, Clell Thompson, Myrtle Gunderson, Merle Gunderson, Hazel Lester, Kenneth Lester, Clara Jensen (Kelly) and Russell Jensen.
He is survived by: his daughter Karen Dockwell-Butler; his grandchildren, Victor Butler of Norman, OK, Vance Butler (Nicole) of Claremore, OK and Aaron Butler (Allison) of Minco, OK; his great grandchildren, Victoria Butler (Meg), Ella Butler of Choctaw, OK, Lincoln Butler, Grant Butler of Claremore, OK, Samantha Butler and Andrew Butler of Minco, OK.; and his siblings, Gladys Andershok of Ft and George Dockwell, Jr. (Dona) of Belmond.
