He is survived by: his wife Mattie Louise Downing; his siblings, Carlton Hubbard (Barbara) of Lost City, OK, George Hubbard (Shirley) of Tahlequah, OK, Patricia Davis (Sanford) of Gideon, OK, Sarah Rabbit of Hulbert, OK and Sandra Copeland of Kellyville, OK.; his grandchildren, Logan Hubbard (Makayla) of Hulbert, OK, Milee Hubbard of Hulbert, OK, Noah Hubbard of Hulbert, OK, Bella Hubbard of Hulbert, OK, Jarred Tinnin (Kieanna Shelton) of Bristow, OK, Jerry Tinnin (Jayden) of Tahlequah, OK, Jesslyn Tinnin of Kellyville, OK and Kenneth Smith of Jay, OK; and his great grandchildren, Westin, Carter, Annalynn, Andy and Ava.

A graveside service was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Greenleaf Cemetery (59 Co Rte 11/5, West, OK 74464).
