She is survived by: her mother Joyce Ann Adams (Foutch); her husband Tom Osburn; her children, Darice Small (Travis) of Broken Arrow, Holly Blackmon (Jeremy), Tyler Osburn, Kaiti Wheeler of Jay, Talisha Osburn and Eric Wilson of Tahlequah; her siblings, Vicki Barnhouse (Tim) of McAlester and John Adams (Maree) of Haskell; and her grandchildren, Ashlyn Jones, Jeremiah Brackett, Blazin Blackmon, Hunter Osburn, Harley Blackmon, Ruthie Osburn and Harper Linn Wilson. She is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives.
