He was predeceased by: his parents, John Fox and Pearl Fox (Scribner); his wife Ina Fox; his sons, Billy Fox and Bobby Fox; his siblings, Edna, Shirley, Charles and Johnny; and his grandson Ben Fox.

He is survived by: his sons, Ben Fox of Welling and Brian Fox (Meghan) of Modesto, CA; and his brothers, Bill Fox of Modesto, CA, Lawton Fox (Dianna) of Coppertown and Jerry Fox of Modesto, CA. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
