He is survived by: his daughter Cindy Bailey of Springdale, Arkansas; his daughter-in-law Becky Dunn; his sister Imogene Bailey Rubis (Sis) of Burleson, Texas; his daughter-in-law Penny Bailey of San Clemente, California; his grandson Jerry Bo West Bailey (Samantha) of Springdale, Arkansas; his stepsons, Donald Dunn (Rebecca) of Ft. Smith and Michael Dunn (Susan) of Muskogee, Oklahoma; his grandsons, Bo Deaton (Amanda) of Ft. Smith, Arkansas, Zachary Dunn (Adrienne) and Grant Dunn (Destinee) of Muskogee, Oklahoma; his great grandchildren, Devon, Cameron Deaton of Ft. Smith, Arkansas, Conlan Dunn of Muskogee, Oklahoma and Ranger Dunn; his nephews, Michael Rubis and Steve Rubis of Burleson, Texas; and his sisters-in-law, Oleta Ballew Buse of Ft. Gibson and Patsy Ballew Miller of Paris, Arkansas.. He is also survived by great granddaughter, Delilah Rose Tag; great grandsons.
