It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Larry David Stephens (Tahlequah, Oklahoma), who passed away on July 15, 2022, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father L. D. Stephens. He is survived by: his mother Mary Jo Stephens (Cassidy) of Wagoner; his sons, Eric Stephens (family: Jennifer Roudabush, Keller David Stephens, Parker Stephens, Luke Pardue) and Matthew Stephens (family: Breck Stephens, Townes Stephens); his sister Pam Hazen (Mike) of Tahlequah; and his stepmother Joyce Blackwell. He is also survived by Numerous friends and other relatives.
