He was predeceased by: his father Tony Mouse; his grandparents, Reverend Sampson, Leann Mouse (Dry), Reverend Sanders and Mary McLemore (Mayes); his sister Grace Mouse; and his niece Kristi Bird.

He is survived by: his mother Christine Mouse (McLemore) of Tahlequah; his children, Leighton Mouse (Melissa Hailings) of Owasso, OK, Leah Mouse of Park Hill, OK and Linzi Bodirsky (Zackary) of Park Hill, OK.; his siblings, Pamela Cloud (Jeff Murphy) of Tahlequah, Joe Mouse of Moody and Angela Mouse of Lost City, OK.; and his grandchildren, Tyler Additon of Owasso, Adison Mouse of Tahlequah, Mackenzie Mouse of Park Hill, OK, Emily Bodirsky of Park Hill, OK, Abbeigh Bodirsky of Park Hill, OK and Jace Mouse of Owasso, OK.
