He was predeceased by: his parents, William Clifford and Mae Louise Parks (Coles); his wife Dixie; his granddaughter Angela; and his siblings, Preston, Catherine and Bonnie Ruth.
He is survived by: his children, Gail Parks-Wyers of Muskogee, Sally (Garry Roberts) of Tahlequah and Bryan "Tuffy" (Brandy Girdner) of Stilwell, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Josh, Garry Loyd, Priscilla, Kay Lynn, Matthew, Caden, Jernie, Tyler and Jesse; and his great grandchildren, Racey, Rider, Sara Kay, Lynnie, Annie Dee and Michael.
