We are sad to announce that on December 16, 2024, at the age of 79, Junene Wisdom (Tahlequah, Oklahoma) passed away. Family and friends can send flowers and condolences in memory of the loved one. Though Junene may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Junene touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Atchley and Amber Swinford (Parker); and her sister Juanene Finocchio. She is survived by: her children, John Wisdom (Jennifer) and Lara Wisdom; her brother Clarence Atchley; her grandchildren, Josie Wisdom, Alex Wisdom and Rhianna Newsome; and her niece Sharmon Henderson-Brunson. She is also survived by other nieces, nephews, and loving family members.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Tahlequah Chapel (1506 N Grand Ave, Tahlequah, OK 74464). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
