She is survived by: her husband Harold Foreman; her children, Stephanie Hiers-Philpott (Raymond) of Tahlequah and Charles Billie Hiers Jr. (Mary Ella) of Westin, FL; and her sisters, Rita Bigmeat (Moses) of Cherokee, NC, Ella Fields (Johnny Mathis) of Proctor, Ludavene Hudson (Randall) of Ardmore, OK, Barbara Webster (Gary) of Tahlequah and Jan Danford of Lowell, AR. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren and 9 great-great grandchildren.
