We are sad to announce that on February 18, 2023, at the age of 72, Judy Ann Carroll (Tahlequah, Oklahoma), born in Pampa, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter V. Higginbotham and Lois Alletta Higginbotham (Davis); her grandparents, Walter and Addie Davis (Nelson); her brother-in-law Dr. Ted Fisher; her niece Kimberly Dawn Jorgensen; and her nephew Neil Jorgensen.

She is survived by: her pets, Chewey, Buddy, Maggie and Trixie; her husband Jimmy Elvin Carroll; her children, Tracy Walter Carroll of Marble Falls, TX and Marcie Dawn Adamson of Tahlequah, OK.; her sisters, Jane Jorgensen (Andy) of Gore, OK and Sandra Fisher of Keys, OK.; and her great grandchildren, Brittany Leigh Joiner (Garrett) of Tahlequah, Briana Nicole Adamson (Joseph) of Tahlequah, Averleigh Isaacs, Adileigh Isaacs and Daenerys Soontay of Tahlequah.

Pallbearers for Judy include Joey Soontay, Nick Donatelli, Garrett Cantrell, Dustin Fisher, Austin Wyont and Scott Fisher.
