He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hisey and Gladys Hisey (Cogswell); his wife Waunetta; his son Bruce; and his sister Jennie Campbell of Lamont.

He is survived by: his son Brian Hisey (Earline) of Wagoner; his brother Gene Hisey (Norma) of Enid; his granddaughter Kortney Dilling (Tyler) of Edmond; and also Nita. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be given to Enid Habitat for Humanity or Wagoner Animal Guardian Society (WAGS) with Henninger-Hinson Funeral Home acting as custodian of the funds.
