It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Shirley of Tahlequah, Oklahoma, born in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, who passed away on June 10, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Shirley and Louise Shirley; and his parents-in-law, Howard and Phyllis Fast. He is survived by: his wife Marian Fast of Lamar; his daughters, Christine Jackson, Sara Jones and Elizabeth Shirley; his grandchildren, Emily (Jarrod Kinnaird), Greg (Jessica Jackson), Preston (Crysta Jones), Katie Jackson and Taylor Jones; and his great grandchildren, Jet Jackson, Josiah Jackson, Chloe Kinnaird and Barrett Jones.
