He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Hayes and Geneva Hayes (Moore); his wife Linda Ruby Hayes; his son-in-law Terry Alan Garrett; his grandson Elijah Hayes; his sister Joyce Julian; and his brothers-in-law, Wilson Toney and Michael Eubanks.
He is survived by: his children, Teresa Hayes of Tahlequah, Terri Lynn Garrett of Tahlequah, Bobby Hayes of Tahlequah and Ashley Hayes of Tahlequah; his siblings, Kenneth Hayes (Mary) of Pryor, Richard Hayes (Cecilee) of Broken Arrow, Billy Hayes (Deborah) of Tulsa, Pat Wilson (Claude) of Tahlequah and Donna Toney of Oktaha; and his grandchildren, Nicholas Garrett, Haley Garrett, Raylee Garrett, Hunter Hayes, Elizabeth Hayes and Zachary Gilmore. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives.
