It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry Leon Ford (Tahlequah, Oklahoma), who passed away on March 4, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Loyd Ford and Genevieve Ford (Barnett); his son Jerry Dwain Ford; his brother Jack Ford; his mother-in-law Dorothy Foster; and his uncle Roy Lowrey.
He is survived by: his wife Frances Ford; his children, Denice Kelley (Aaron) of Moody and Damon Ford of Tahlequah; his siblings, Don Ford (Betty) of Cookson and Sharon Chapman (Bob) of Kansas City, MO; his grandchildren, Amanda Culver (Jason) of Moody, Justin Ford (Brandi) of Briggs, Kaitlyn Kelley of Moody and Kortni Ford of Tahlequah; his great grandchildren, Aiden, Avery, Adysen Culver of Moody, Lakelyn and Harlyn Ford of Briggs; his nephew Mike Ford; and his cousin Amy Williams. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
